A quarter of L.A. residents would flunk Arnold Schwarzenegger for his performance as governor, and he gets an overall 1.7 GPA from his constituents here, according to a Survey USA poll sponsored by KABC-TV. Via the Sacramento Bee’s Capitol Alert.
