Ralph Nader is planning to appear on ‘Meet the Press’ Sunday, according to the Associated Press. He launched a spoiler — sorry, third-party — campaign from the show in 2004, so there’s much speculation that’s his plan now.

In 2000, Nader managed to garner 2.7% of the vote on the premise that there was no real difference between Al Gore and George W. Bush. (He was much less successful four years ago after much court battling about whether he would be allowed on the ballot in various states.)

Is he planning this time to argue that Clintama has essentially the same platform as John McCain? It would be interesting to hear the reasoning on that one.
