Identifying illegal immigrants: good news and tepid news
In a nearly unanimous vote supprted by San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors okayed granting municipal identification cards to any resident, regardless of legal status. The author of the measure, Supervisor Tom Ammiano, says it will encourage undocumented immigrants to report crimes and access banking services.
On the other side of the country, New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer nixed his plan to allow illegal immigrants to apply for driver's licenses. The decision comes after Spitzer revised the plan into a tiered system, that, as The New York Times notes, "pleased almost no one." It didn't sit well with the Times editorial board either; maybe in this case, no plan is better than a bad one.

These comments are more racial than facts. The facts are out of context, because in reality, the Mexican landscape is not as fertile as one would actually imagine. In fact, there have not being any recorded evidence that this is actually true. And to say that Mexican are the "ones" that are causing the financial crisis, corrupting neighborhoods, or even damaging good paying jobs, is truly biased. California is non the least a conglomerate of races or ethnicities, so it is totally wrong to accuse the hardworking Mexicans alone for the all the flaws. It is retarded to assume that Mexicans are "retarded", but guess what, they are far superior than you are, because they are bound to learn a second language which they will master in less than a year. English is too easy to learn because it is not constrained by the multitude of dialects and accents, and because the words of origin are coming from other languages. The U.S cheats, lies, and steals from people that live in their country. The matter of the fact is, you have no idea on the contribution made by the people you seem to defy and undervalue. But one thing is for sure, go through their hood and will become fond of their traditions- not the lame ass US traditions that you are used to.
I wish not to quarrel any further, because your comments sound more like hatred and because it would be imperative for me to sum everything that may shock an hypocrite. Please, stop all the faulty comments and try to act more professional and educated. And if you have anything else to say, try visiting the hoods and tell it to the bad asses who dwell in those hoods.

Falsehoods re illegal aliens:
1 "It is very economically advantageous to use cheap Mexican seasonal agricultural guest workers; it is very socially and economically disadvantageous to let them stay after the crop is harvested." --Those who expoint illegal aliens are not the same people/institutions who end up paying for the FREE social services the illegal aliens benefit from.
2 -Granting drivers licences to undocumented immigrants"will encourage them to report crimes and access banking services " --a) It might encourage them to report crimes perpetrated atainst them, not the ones they thenselves commit. b)They already access banking services. Case in point: Bank of America grants loans and services to the undocumented.
3 -" They do not drive down the wages of American workers"--This is FALSE. Wages are tied to supply and demand. The more people compete for jobs, the lower the wages. The more they undercut the market, the lower the wages. It's an unfair labor practice. They do steal jobs and they are responsible for the poor working conditions. And they still complain. But now they have the jobs, while the displaced American workers stand quitely in the unemployment line. Go figure.
4 - Illegal aliens come to this country on a "strict quota system"--This is an oxymoron. They come here in spite of and in BLATANT DISREGARD of any quota system. See how Mexico treats its illegal Guatemalan immigrants.
5 - Mexican immigrants retain strong family and traditional ties with Mexico EVEN AFTER they become naturalized U.S. citizens. Their loyalty will forever lie with Mexico, not the U.S. They only want U.S. jobs and U.S. dollars, which they promtly wire back to Mexico. Or course the Mexican government wants their people to come to the U.S.--U.S. dollars support their people.
5- The author is correct in stating that if they went back home, there would be LESS OVERCROWDING, and hospital emergency rooms would not have to close down, and schools would not be overcrowded with kids who DON'T SPEAK THE LANGUAGE. Why shouldl English-speaking kids have to wait for the Spanish-speakers to catch up? That is discrimination against English-speakers--who, by the way, are here legally! Spanish-speaker cost more (because they need everything to be in their native language, so they won't suffer) than English-speakers, yet it is the parents of the English-speakers who PAY the bulk of the TAXES that support schools.

AMNESTY CONSIDERATIONS
It is very economically advantageous to use cheap Mexican seasonal agricultural guest workers; it is very socially and economically disadvantageous to let them stay after the crop is harvested. When seasonal guest workers do return to Mexico at end of the growing season, they return with money and experience, to contribute to the development of Mexico; and each year, when a new group of seasonal guest workers comes, they are eager to work for the same low non-citizen wages. And, when they return to Mexico at end of the growing season, they do not drive down the wages of American workers, by competing for jobs in landscaping, construction, sanitation, and housekeeping; and they do not use American governmental social services.
When seasonal guest workers come from all of the countries of Latin America, on a strict quota system, then every country benefits, not Mexico exclusively; and when they are well treated, the experience is mutually positive.
Mexico is land rich in natural resources; what makes it so socially and economically retarded are its Mexican People; and wherever they immigrate they bring their deplorable civilization with them. It is so inferior than none of them want to return to it.
The Mexican dream of regaining political control over Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and California is America’s worst nightmare. Starting at all of the border towns, and spreading northward throughout America, like cancers, are thousands of deplorable Mexican neighborhoods. With each deportation America looks, smells, and sounds less like socially and economically deplorable Mexico. America is presently occupied by 12 -15 million Mexicans.
With the deportation of all the illegal immigrants, students will again be able to get good paying summer jobs, to learn responsibility and earn their way through college; blue-collar wages will rise; border towns will not be slums; Spanish will not be a second language; crime will go down; hospitals and prisons will not be overcrowded.
When all of the illegal aliens are deported, the Leftist Democrats and Neo-Conservative Republicans will lose millions of political supporters, and the vast amounts of money that they receive from the Mexican Lobby; and, those American businesses that exploit cheap Mexican labor will lose their illegal competitive advantages.
No advanced civilization in the World can coexist side by side with a retarded civilization, without a great wall or fence, strict guest labor laws, and armed border guards.
