Doing mobile video like it's 1999

Amp'd Mobile announced a deal today with several notable names from Hollywood -- among them Jack Black and Howard Gordon, executive producer of "24" -- to develop exclusive videos for Amp'd mobile-phone customers. This should sound familiar to anyone who followed the dot-com video craze in 1999 and 2000, and we know how that turned out. Read more at the Bit Player blog.
